Register by Monday, July 7 to vote in Aug. 5 primary

MyNNNThe deadline for voters to register by mail or online for the Aug. 5 primary is Monday, July 7.

Register online at:www.vote.wa.gov. The last day to update any registration also is July 7. Voters, however, may register in-person at the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office until July 28.

Mail-in registration forms are available at libraries, post offices, and at the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office. You may register when you renew your driver’s license. Name and signature changes may be made by filling out a voter registration form and sending the updated information to the Snohomish County Elections Office. Address changes may be made by calling Snohomish County Elections at 425-388-3444 or by sending an email to elections@snoco.org.

Changes made 29 days or more before an election will take effect immediately. Changes made closer to Election Day will take effect after the election.

Accessible voting in the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office starts on July 16 and all other ballots will be mailed on July 17.

Primary Day is Aug. 5 with county certification on Aug. 19 and state certification on Aug. 22.
