PUD Offers Solar Energy Informational Sessions in April
Are you interested in learning about the financial and environmental benefits of solar electricity and solar hot water systems for your home or business? Join Snohomish County Public Utility District this spring for informational sessions about the utility’s Solar Express program, which offers a range of incentives and educational support for customers interested in solar energy. Those attending also will be able to see the PUD’s solar demonstration project, located at its South County Office, which compares solar energy inverter systems.
About 100 customers have participated in the Solar Express program in the past two years.
“I wanted to experience solar energy first-hand,” said Dean Smith of Everett. “We’ve been very happy with it. Even on gray winter days we’re still producing energy.”
Solar Express Meetings:

Thurs., April 14, 6 pm
