6600 block 234th Street Southwest: A man reported that the window of a Jeep SUV that he borrowed from a friend had been smashed out during the night while parked in his driveway. Nothing appeared to be stolen.

23400 block 67th Avenue West: A woman told police that the driver’s door window of her Lexus SUV had been broken out overnight. Police observed that the window was probably hit with a hard blunt object and it did not appear the vehicle had been entered.

6600 block 228th Street Southwest: A woman reported that a .22 caliber handgun and detached magazine were stolen from the unlocked center console area of her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the carport of her home.

Sept. 19

23000 block 63rd Avenue West: A couple got into an argument at the Crazy Moose Casino after the man was accused of cheating on the woman. The woman went to see a movie by herself when she received a text from her boyfriend stating that when she returned all of her possessions would be missing. The woman returned to the home and tried to call 911 when she discovered several items were indeed missing. The man attempted to grab the phone from her and in the process cut her cheek with his finger. Police responded and transported the man to the Lynnwood jail.

6000 block 244th Street Southwest: Police responded to a report of a vehicle that had its driver’s side and passenger side windows smashed overnight. The victim told police she believed that the man she’s been dating for about three months is responsible for the damage. He had made non-specific threats early in their relationship to harm her if she ever left him, and the day before she had decided to break up with him and was ignoring his calls and texts.

6200 block 223rd Place Southwest: A woman and her roommate both reported to police that someone had entered their unlocked vehicles overnight while they were parked in the driveway. The woman had her checkbook stolen; nothing was taken from her roommate’s vehicle.

22400 block 62nd Street Southwest: A man reported that his passenger-side window was broken out and that someone had gone through his glove box and center console.

6500 block 225th Place Southwest: A vehicle was reported stolen from the victim’s driveway overnight.

Sept. 20

23000 block 63rd Avenue West: A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend broke into her residence, taking some items that belonged to him and rummaging through her property. The ex-boyfriend had been arrested earlier in the day for violating a no-contact order with his ex-girlfriend.

Sept. 21

5000 block 239th Place West: Police responded to a report of a verbal domestic disturbance between a mother and her adult son, who were arguing about money issues.

Sept. 22

Access road at 237th Street Southwest: A woman called 911 to report that she went to visit her husband, who is living in a tent in a transient camp, and he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. The woman stated that the husband, who is an alcoholic, was angry because she wouldn’t have sex with him. She was able to break free of her husband and call police. Officers arrested the husband later in the parking lot of the Studio 6 Motel, which borders the property. They also found in the husband’s tent a knife matching the description that the victim gave.

Sept. 23

21800 block 44th Avenue West: A staff member at Mountlake Terrace High School reported that a laptop was missing from the school’s computer lab. It is unknown exactly when the laptop was stolen.
