There will be plenty of spirit on display Saturday, Jan. 31, as the cheer squads from Meadowdale, Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds-Woodway High Schools will join teams from 51 other Washington State schools in competition at the State Cheerleading Championships at the University of Washington.
Competition performances begin at 2:35 p.m. at the Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion and continue throughout the day. The championships are scheduled to conclude at approximately 8:15 p.m. with the Grand March of Teams and state awards presentation.
