McCardle sworn in as new council member
On Monday night the oath of office was administered to Mountlake Terrace City Council members in positions 1-4: Rick Ryan, Jerry Smith, Doug McCardle and Kyoko Wright. Doug McCardle was the only new council member as the other three were incumbents in November’s election.
McCardle had around 15 of his family members present including siblings, nephews/nieces, parents, and his wife and children to celebrate the occasion.
