Manna Mills to host 13-year-old author of gluten-free cookbook Saturday
From our online news partner The Seattle Times is a story about a Seattle cookbook author with celiac disease who is conducting a cooking demonstration at Manna Mills in Mountlake Terrace Saturday. What makes this story more interesting is the fact that that the author, Dominick Cura, is a 13-year-old seventh-grader who has been on a gluten-free diet since he was diagnosed at age 9.
Dominick began creating gluten-free recipes and even has made cooking videos like the one above.
