Lloyd Control Building Demolished to Make Way for Premera Parking
Premera Blue Cross, the City of Mountlake Terrace’s largest employer, recently purchased the Lloyd Control building property in order to expand their parking. The building was recently demolished and the site will be repaved to add additional parking for 225 vehicles.
