On Tuesday, February 16, the Mountlake Terrace Library will delay opening until 1:00 p.m. or when power is restored due to utilities work in preparation for demolition work at the old City Hall building.

On Tuesday morning, the Snohomish County P.U.D. will disconnect the electrical power and replace a transformer at the old City Hall building. This work could take up to five hours to complete. The current transformer provides service to both buildings.
