Owners of 20 Lynnwood vehicles woke up Friday morning to discover their tires had been slashed.
All of the vehicles were found in the area between the intersections of 66th Avenue West near 210th Street Southwest, and near the intersection of Highway 99 and 204th Street Southwest. Lynnwood Deputy Police Chief Jim Nelson said the vehicles were a mix of personally owned vehicles and vehicles on car lots.
Detectives estimate the crimes happened around 4 a.m. on Friday morning.
A suspect was spotted on surveillance video. He is described as a man wearing beige shorts, a gray T-shirt and a black backpack. To view the two videos tweeted by Lynnwood Police, click here and click here.
