Ride a bike blender, experience the NEOS Playsystem where video game meets aerobic activity, and challenge yourself in the Active Zone obstacle course at the Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, May 17 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Edmonds School District Stadium. The event is free and open to the public.
You can sample healthy snacks, learn important footwear differences with walking shoe vs. running shoe, test your balance, take home healthy recipes, view ponytail alternatives, and be active in the Move 60! Kids Fun Run and the bike rodeo. The event is organized by Edmonds Parks & Recreation, Move 60!, the Edmonds School District and Swedish/Edmonds, and sponsored by Verdant Health Commission, Edmonds Family Medicine and Walgreens.
