From the Publisher’s Desk: Last chance to subscribe and benefit those in need

Teresa Wippel

As we prepare to welcome the new year, here’s your chance to support local journalism and the Concern for Neighbors Food Bank at the same time.

Midnight Saturday, Dec. 31 is the deadline for our holiday offer: Commit to a voluntary annual MLTnews subscription of $10 a month or more and we will donate 10 percent of that annual amount to the Neighbors in Need Food Bank.

It’s easy to do online here. If you aren’t comfortable subscribing online, just send an email with your pledge amount and we’ll make sure it’s honored once the check is received.

Your gift will help us continue to bring local journalism to our community and help Concern for Neighbors serve those who can use our help.

Thank you, as always for your support. My best to all for a happy and healthy 2017.

  1. Just a clarification- is the charity Concern for Neighbors Food Bank (aka the Mountlake Terrace Food Bank) OR Neighbors in Need, which operates out of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood?
    Sincerely,
