Farewell City Hall 1962-2009
Mountlake Terrace residents, city council members, the mayor and many city staff attended a ceremony Friday to say farewell to the old city hall, which will be demolished soon.

MLT business core is slowly dying. I hope the city acts soon to rebuild both the town center and city hall. At least make it a nice
outdoor area.
It looks as if funding for the new city hall will be on the ballot this November. It will be funded, if supported by residents, by an increase in property taxes.
