If you or a loved one experiences mental illness, the choices you make about internal and external boundaries within your relationship are important. Using two models, participants in this free mini-workshop will learn to: Understand which boundaries are appropriate to set with others, start identifying abusive patterns of behavior that can be discouraged or eliminated, and make choices in advance that can reduce conflict within your family over time. This workshop is free and open to the public. No registration required. To learn more, visit verdanthealth.org/events or call (425) 582-8600.
